Our latest product, Upcycled Ginger Beer, takes an everyday byproduct of the cold-press process, ginger pulp, and transforms it into something new: a refreshing twist on a classic. We begin by brewing the ginger pulp to make a ginger tea base, into which we add organic cold-pressed lemon and lime, complimenting the warm ginger spice with bright and tart citrus notes, and add a dash of sweetness with organic cane sugar (just 4g per serving).
