At Queen Street Bakery we believe it is no longer acceptable just to be gluten free, but to also offer nutritional value coming from real ingredients. We only use high premium and simple Non-GMO ingredients that are easy to read, and that bring back the traditional look and texture of traditional bread. Typical gluten free is made with rice/corn flour; all our products are Bean or Chia Flour based; offering high fiber, protein, and low calories compared to the competition.
