At Queen Street Bakery we believe it is no longer acceptable just to be gluten-free, but to also offer nutritional value coming from real ingredients. We only use high premium and simple non-GMO ingredients that are easy to read, and that bring back the traditional look and texture of traditional bread. Typical gluten-free is made with rice/corn flour; all our products are bean or chia flour based; offering high fiber, protein, and low calories compared to the competition.
