Happy Planet started with two Vancouver boys, a big dream and an even bigger blender. Randal Ius and Gregor Robertson wanted to bring the taste of the Robertson family farm to the big city. To do so, they began concocting juices and smoothies made with lovely organic carrots and other delicious ingredients. The smoothies were an immediate hit. While they’ve made a few mistakes along the way, Happy Planet is still very much a product of their perseverance and passion, and it has become Canada’s leading all-natural food and juice company. Their goal remains the same: to make great smoothies, juices and soups. To do so, they use fresh, all-natural, organic fruits and veggies that they purchase directly from Canadian farmers. They’ve also started the Grow for Good initiative, which encourages people to think about the food they eat, where it comes from, and who grows it.
