Servings: 1

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes


Ingredients

2 tbsp dried stinging nettle

2 tbsp dried rosemary

1 tsp organic raw apple cider vinegar

2 cups water


Instructions

1. Add 2 cups of water to a pot.

2. Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Add the dried stinging nettle and rosemary.

3. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes.

4. Strain the tea and add to a glass container

5. Add the apple cider vinegar and stir the mixture

6. Add the mixture to a spray bottle and store in the fridge or a cool place


How to use:

1. Wash and condition hair, then apply liberally from root to tip.

2. Massage the mixture into your scalp and hair ends for 3-5 minutes.

3. You can either leave the hair rinse in or wash out with cold water
