Ingredients

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 - 2 tsp maca powder

1 tbsp fermented cacao powder

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp fermented or whey protein powder - unsweetened and unflavored 

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups unsweetened dairy-free milk or goat milk 

1 cup sweet potato (cook, freeze, then add to smoothie)

2 medjool dates, pitted


Instructions

1. Chop sweet potato into smaller cubes and steam until fully cooked. Freeze overnight

2. Add add all ingredients to a blender

3. Serve and enjoy!
