Grilled Fruit Kebabs

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

 

 

Ingredients

Bag of cherries, halved

3 peaches, cut into large chunks

3 plums, cut into large chunks

1 container of strawberries, halved

2 tsp coconut oil, melted

1 tsp maple syrup

Handful of basil, removed from stem

Ice cream of your preference 

 

Instructions

Add the chopped fruit to a large bowl.

Mix the melted coconut oil and maple syrup together in a small bowl.

Pour the oil and syrup mixture over the fruit and toss to coat.

Thread the fruit and basil onto skewers, alternating the fruits so there is a mix of everything on one skewer.

Preheat grill on medium heat.

Grill the skewers on the grill for 10 minutes, turning once in between.

Serve skewers with a whopping scoop of ice cream.
