Ingredients

2 cups chickpea

2 tsp tahini

Juice of ½ lemon

¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp water or vegetable stock

1 clove garlic

¼ paprika


Instructions:

To prepare, simply toss all ingredients into your blender or Vitamix and pulse for 10-20 seconds or until smooth.
