Ingredients

1 tbsp Jewels Under the Kilt Ceylon Cinnamon Walnuts, chopped

½ cup Oatbox Organic Oatmeal – Apple cinnamon flavor

¼ cup Prairie Berries Freeze Dried Saskatoon Berries

1 tbsp black chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup milk (plant based or dairy)


Instructions

In a mason jar mix oatmeal, chia seeds, vanilla, milk, and freeze dried blueberries.

Seal jar with a lid and place in the fridge overnight

When ready to eat, add chopped walnuts and any other toppings you wish. Enjoy!
